# OXOS Medical

> OXOS Medical is a MedTech company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia that builds safe, simple, and smart portable X-ray solutions. Founded in 2016 by orthopedic surgeon Dr. Greg Kolovich and CEO Evan Ruff, OXOS is on a mission to make better healthcare accessible to everyone by expanding access to radiographic diagnostics at the point of need. Its flagship product, the MC2, is an ultraportable, FDA-cleared (510(k) K252068) X-ray system that delivers diagnostic imaging across four modes — Radiography, Dynamic Digital Radiography (DDR), Fluoroscopy, and Photography — directly at the point of care.

OXOS Medical serves orthopedic practices, sports medicine teams, urgent care clinics, bioskills labs, pediatric offices, and concierge medicine providers. The MC2 is the world's first smart, portable, and cordless digital X-ray system for static and dynamic imaging of extremities. It features a 9-inch class detector — the first of its size to offer DDR — automatic collimation, a patented "no-fire" positioning safety system, an integrated viewfinder for anatomy alignment, wireless operation, and a low radiation profile (40–80 kV tube voltage, 1–2 mA radiation intensity). MC2 is FDA-cleared for musculoskeletal medical imaging of distal extremities in adult and pediatric patients, and is indicated for use in outpatient clinics, urgent cares, imaging centers, sports medicine facilities, and occupational medicine clinics.
